Rule 300-7-1-.12 - Child Labor Citations and Penalties(1)General. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 39-2-19 it is the duty of the Commissioner to issue rules and regulations to ensure enforcement of the law concerning the employment of Minors as actors or performers.(2)Violations and Penalties. The violations that may be cited by the Department and any penalties to be assessed by the Department arising out of such citation are set forth on the form appropriate schedule.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs.
