Original Rule entitled "Applicability" was adopted as Emergency Rule 290-5-51-0.6-.02 on May 22, 1987; effective May 20, 1987, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency.Amended: Emergency Rule 290-5-51-0.6-.02 readopted to extend time until permanent Rule effective. Filed August 4, 1987; effective September 19, 1987, to remain in effect until the effective date of a permanent Rule but not more than 120 days, as specified by the Agency.Amended: Emergency Rule 290-5-5 1-0.6-.02 repealed and a permanent Rule of the same title adopted.
