Rule 290-2-6-.19 - Grievances(1) The center shall develop and implement policies and procedures for children and families or guardians to voice grievances and to submit written grievances without fear of retaliation.(2) All written grievances submitted by a child shall be recorded in the case record as well as a separate grievance or complaint log showing the grievance, description or method of explanation or resolution, and involved staff.Ga.
