Rule 290-2-22-.01 - Reports to the Division of Social Services(1) Every Maternity Home shall keep accurate statistical reports that give the complete scope of the work of the agency and shall be available to the Division of Social Services as requested.(2) An annual financial report shall be submitted to the Division of Social Services.(3) Notice of the closing of a Maternity Home shall be sent to the Division with the license issued to the facility attached.Ga.
