Rule 267-16-.04 - The General Scope and Purpose of the Grant Program

To comply with the federal court's order to provide restitution to the State's citizens through energy and transportation related programs, this program was approved by the U.S. Department of Energy to provide grants to local governments or non-profit agencies for the purpose of establishing or expanding no-tillage agricultural assistance programs.
