The Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority (GEFA) will entertain applications from local government or non-profit agencies involved in providing programs to the general public. GEFA wishes to fund those activities that provide transportation services whose purpose is to remove persons from welfare or assist low-income workers to reach employment, particularly where mass transit or subsidized transportation systems are unavailable. $260,000 is available for this program.
