Rule 183-1-14-.04 - Reporting Requirements for Absentee Ballots(1) The registrars of each county shall on the 32nd day prior to each statewide general primary and general election submit to the Secretary of State on a form provided by the Secretary of State information concerning absentee ballots requested by electors who are entitled to vote by absentee ballot under the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1973 ff, et seq., as amended. Such report shall include the number of absentee ballots requested by each such category of absentee voter, the date on which the absentee ballots were available in the registrars' office, and the date on which the ballots requested by such voters were sent to the voters. The Secretary of State may request further information related to the application for and the transmittal of such ballots.(2) The report shall be submitted to the Secretary of State either by facsimile or other electronic means on the 32nd day prior to each statewide general primary and general election.Ga.
