Rule 180-6-.08 - Convictions

A violation of O.C.G.A. Chapter 15, Title 43, or of the rules of another jurisdiction, if for a cause which in the State of Georgia would constitute a violation of O.C.G.A. 43-15 or these rules, shall be grounds for a charge of violation of these rules.

Original Rule entitled "Convictions" was filed and effective as Emergency Rule on July 31, 1975, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter has been adopted superseding this Emergency Rule.
