Original Rule entitled "Extended Day Program for School Year 1991-92" was f. ER 160-5-1-0.3-.23, on Sept. 18, 1991; eff. Sept. 12, 1991, the date of adoption to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this ER, as specified by the Agency.

Amended: Permanent Rule, same title, adopted. F. Nov. 21, 1991; eff. Dec. 11, 1991.

Repealed: F. Jul. 17, 1992; eff. Aug. 6, 1992.
