Original Rule entitled "Extended-Day Program for school Year 1991-92" was f. as ER 160-4-3-0.4-.12, on Sept. 18, 1991, eff. Sept. 12, 1991, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject superseding this ER, as specified by the Agency.

Amended: Permanent Rule, same title, adopted. F. Nov. 21, 1991; eff. Dec. 11, 1991.

Repealed: F. Jul. 17, 1992; eff. Aug. 6, 1992.
