Original Rule entitled "Georgia High School Graduation Test Summer Remedial Program" was adopted as ER. 160-4-2-0.6-.37. F. Apr. 22, 1994; eff. Apr. 14, 1994, the date of adoption, to be in effect for 120 days or until a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this ER. is adopted, as specified by the Agency.

Amended: ER. 160-4-2-0.9-.37 of same title was f. and eff. May 11, 1995, the date of adoption, to be in effect for 120 days or until a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this ER is adopted, as specified by the Agency.
