Rule 157-3-.01 - Application Fees

Fees are charged for the following:

(a) Registration;

(b) Examination;

(c) Re-examination;

(d) Endorsement;

(e) Biennial renewal;

(f) Late renewal;

(g) Reinstatement;

(h) Any additional fee the Board deems appropriate.
