Rule 150-1-.02 - Officers(1) At its annual June meeting, the Board shall elect its officers for the next year. The term of official service shall be for one (1) year, and until successors are elected. Officers of the Board shall consist of a President and Vice President.(2) The Board, in its discretion, may instruct its Executive Director to carry on and transact such business as may be referred to said Executive Director by the Board.Ga.
