Rule 149-1-.07 - Time of Approval

Written assents or rejections shall be received by the Commission during the period of June 24, 1965, through July 23, 1965, with the authority of the Commission to declare this Order approved upon the receipt of the requisite number of assents from producers who produce the requisite percentage of cotton.
