Rule 140-1-.06 - Contested Cases Governed by Express Statutory ProvisionsContested cases, which arise under O.C.G.A. § 35-3-37 concerning an individual's right to access and correct his criminal record are governed and processed by provisions contained therein, rather than the Administrative Procedure Act.
