Rule 125-2-2-.03 - Maintenance

Facility Administrators shall maintain buildings, facilities, and installed equipment in a manner which will assure continued effective use of those assets for the purposes for which they were created. Facility Administrators shall, to the extent achievable within available resources, comply with statewide policies and procedures as established by the Director of Central Plant Operations and Maintenance.
