Rule 120-3-18-.04 - Inspection Procedures(1) Authorized representatives of the State Fire Marshal, or the proper local fire official may make periodic inspections of each racetrack to determine compliance with the provisions of this Chapter. Results of each inspection shall be provided to the responsible owner/operator.(2) The owner or operator of the facility shall be responsible for the correction of noted violations and for maintaining the facility in accordance with these rules and regulations and shall correct all violations prior to any racing event. The State Fire Marshal or their authorized representatives may conduct an inspection of any racetrack facility. This inspection can be made prior to, or during any racing activity with or without prior notice.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-3-18-.04
