Rule 120-3-17-.07 - PenaltiesAfter notice and hearing provided in accordance with Rule 120-3-2-.02 of the Rules of Safety Fire Commissioner, any person who is found to have violated any of the rules contained in this Chapter shall be subject to such penalties as authorized by law or Regulation.
