Rule 120-3-16-.10 - Compliance with Rules and Regulations; PenaltiesAll persons shall manufacture, distribute, sell, store, transport, use and otherwise handle liquefied petroleum gases in conformity with this Chapter. After notice and hearing provided in accordance with Rule 120-3-2-.02 of the Rules of Safety Fire Commissioner, or as provided in O.C.G.A. Section 10-1-269, any person who is found to have violated any of the rules contained in this Chapter shall be subject to such penalties as authorized by law or Regulation.
