Rule 120-3-11-.09 - Compliance with Rules and Regulations; Penalties(1) All persons shall transport, store, handle and use flammable and combustible liquids in conformity with this Chapter. After notice and hearing provided in accordance with Rule 120-3-2-.02 of the Rules of Safety Fire Commissioner, any person who is found to have violated any of the rules contained in this Chapter shall be subject to such penalties as authorized by law.(2) The Commissioner may impose a monetary fine of up to $1,000 against any person, firm, corporation, or partnership responsible for the operation of any facility covered under this Chapter for each violation of these regulations, related statutes, or any order of the Commissioner.Ga.
