Rule 120-2-81-.13 - Preexisting Conditions and Health Status(1) All policies or plans issued through the assignment system shall not exclude any preexisting condition or maintain any preexisting condition limitation.(2) Health insurers or managed care organizations participating in the assignment system may not take into account health status related factors, claims experience, or evidence of insurability with regard to eligibility for coverage or benefit choices in the assignment system.Ga.
