Rule 120-2-8-.03 - Applicability and Scope(1) Except as otherwise specifically provided in Sections 120-2-8-.07, 120-2-8-.13, 120-2-8-.14, 120-2-8-.17 and 120-2-8-.22, this regulation shall apply to: (a) All Medicare supplement policies delivered or issued for delivery in this state on or after the effective date of this regulation; and(b) All certificates issued under group Medicare supplement policies which certificates have been delivered or issued for delivery in this state.(2) This regulation shall not apply to a policy or contract of one or more employers or labor organizations, or of the trustees of a fund established by one or more employers or labor organizations, or combination thereof, for employees or former employees, or a combination thereof, or for members or former members, or a combination thereof, of the labor organizations.Ga.
