Rule 120-2-33-.07 - Financial and Statistical Reporting(1) Each HMO shall annually, on or before the first day of March, file with the Commissioner, on Annual Statement Forms prescribed and adopted by Order of the Commissioner, an annual statement as of December 31st of the preceding year, certified by at least two principal officers, and a copy of said report shall also be delivered to the Commissioner of Human Resources, as required by O.C.G.A. Section 33-21-15.(2) Quarterly financial reports on forms adopted by the NAIC shall be filed by each HMO not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter.(3) In addition to the requirements of the Act, each federally qualified HMO shall file with the Department copies of any financial or statistical reports required by the federal government.Ga.
