Rule 120-2-23-.18 - Enterprise Risk Report

The ultimate controlling person of an insurer required to file an enterprise risk report pursuant to O.C.G.A Section 33-13-4(l)shall furnish the required information on Form F, hereby made a part of this Regulation.
