Rule 120-2-23-.07 - Definitions(1) As used in this Regulation, the term: (a) "Executive officer" means chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, treasurer, secretary, controller, and any other individual performing functions corresponding to those performed by the foregoing officers under whatever title.(b) "Ultimate controlling person" means that person which is not controlled by any other person.(2) Unless the context otherwise requires, other terms found in this Regulation and in O.C.G.A. Section 33-13-1 are used as defined in O.C.G.A. Section 33-13-1. Other nomenclature or terminology is according to the Georgia Insurance Code, or industry usage if not defined by the Georgia Insurance Code.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-2-23-.07
