Rule 111-8-56-.22 - Inspections(1) The home shall be available at reasonable hours for observation and examination by properly identified representatives of the Department.(2) The administrator or authorized representative shall notify the Department of the anticipated opening date of a newly constructed home in order that a pre-opening licensure survey of the home may be conducted to determine compliance with these rules and regulations.(3) The administrator or his representative shall accompany the Department representative on tours of inspection.Ga.
