Rule 110-4-1-.02 - Definitions(1)Local government means any county or municipality authorized under the Constitution and laws of this state.(2)Solid waste management services include all activities that are involved with solid waste collection, transportation, recycling, composting, processing, disposal, and public education.(3)Total cost means all direct and indirect costs relating to the operation of a local government solid waste management system.Ga.
