Rule 110-37-6-.02 - Program Administration(1) The Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs shall develop applications, forms, and other materials as necessary to administer eligibility and certification for the Georgia State Income Tax Credit Program for Rehabilitated Historic Property provided by O.C.G.A. § 48-7-29.8.(2) The Division may utilize any relevant guidance materials for use in reviewing projects and providing guidance to applicants.Ga.
