Rule 110-32-1-.05 - Final Approval(1) As indicated in the Act, both Commissioners must approve an application in order to obtain final approval. The Commissioners may, at their discretion, grant approval to a tourism attraction project if the project shall satisfy the criteria for approval as outlined in the authorizing statute and this regulation; and(2) The decision reached by the Commissioners shall be final and no appeal shall be granted.Ga.
