Rule 110-3-2-.05 - Additional Planning Elements(1) General: Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-8-35(c)(4), a regional development center may require that local plans within its region include additional planning elements along with those prescribed by the department. Before imposing such a requirement, the center shall have received the department's approval of the additional planning elements.(2) Process for Approval: The department may establish procedures and guidelines for the submittal and review of regional development center requests pursuant to (1), above.Ga.
