Rule 110-28-1-.05 - Eligible and Ineligible Activities(1) Eligible activities include, but are not limited to, establishing a recycling collection program that includes the use of specialized containers and trailers to collect recyclables at community events or functions, public facilities, and programs or events conducted by the applicant.(2) Ineligible activities include, but are not limited to, the distribution or use of granted equipment and supplies that would violate the gratuities clause of the State Constitution.Ga.
