The purpose of the Away From Home/Special Event Recycling Grant Program is to provide eligible applicants supplies and equipment for the collection of recyclables at special events, conferences, public facilities, or community festivals and events. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-8-8, the Away From Home/Special Event Recycling Grant Program shall be administered by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
