Rule 110-23-1-.03 - Grant Competitions(1) The Department shall hold two competition periods per year. The first competition shall be on the fifteenth day of November and the second competition shall be on the fifteenth day of May.(2) Applications must be received by the Department no later than the first day of competition.Ga.
