Rule 110-2-8-.10 - Revocation of Approval

Revocation of a building system approval shall occur upon the failure of the manufacturer to comply with the provisions of these rules. Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit a manufacturer from submitting, for a new approval, a system for which approval has been revoked as provided in these rules.
