Rule 110-18-1-.03 - Funds Availability(1) Grant funds appropriated or otherwise made available to the department for this program will be utilized as a revolving loan fund under the Appalachian Regional Commission Code (hereafter "Code"), the Guidelines, and the Plan and Policies.(2) The department will establish and announce funding availability. Applicants from Authorities and eligible subrecipients will be accepted throughout the fiscal year and will be reviewed based upon the criteria provided herein and on the Guidelines and the Plan and Policies.Ga.
