Rule 110-14-1-.03 - Fund Availability(1) Grant funds appropriated or otherwise made available to the Department of Community Affairs for this program will be available on a competitive basis for the activities listed below.(2) The Department will establish and announce fund availability. Application guidance and technical assistance will be provided in a manner and form decided by the Department.
