Rule 110-10-1-.03 - Fund Availability(1) Funds to be made available by the Department of Community Affairs on a competitive basis will be determined by the Commissioner of Community Affairs prior to a competition.(2) Contingent on the availability of funds, the Department shall hold at least one competition per year. The deadline for submitting applications shall be specified in an announcement for each competition, but in no event shall be less than twenty days from the date of such announcement.(3) The Department must receive applications no later than the deadline established in the announcement for each competition. Applications that are faxed or applications that are received after the deadline will only be considered for funding after all other applications have been evaluated and excess funds remain.Ga. Comp.
