Section 73B-21.003 - Filing an Appeal(1) Appeals may be filed with the Commission:(b) By facsimile (FAX), (850)488-2123; or(c) By mail, courier service, or in-person, 1211 Governors Square Boulevard, Suite 300, Tallahassee, FL 32301.(2) If an appeal is submitted to the Florida Department of Commerce, the Department will forward the appeal to the Commission. The filing date for purposes of computing timeliness of the appeal will be calculated as set forth in Rule 73B-21.0031, F.A.C.
