Section 69O-203.215 - Annual Reports

Annual Reports are to be filed with the Office within three months after the end of each fiscal year on Form OIR-A1-1671, "Annual Report - Discount Plan Organizations," effective 07/23, hereby incorporated by reference and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-16243. The filings shall be submitted electronically via the Office's system at https://www.floir.com/iportal. The form may be obtained from https://www.floir.com/iportal.
