Section 69O-196.004 - Determination of Net Worth of Premium Finance Companies(1) The Office shall use the applicable criteria as set forth under Section 625.012, F.S., for the purpose of determining which kinds of assets will be allowed in determining the net worth of premium finance companies.(2) The Office shall use the applicable criteria as set forth under Section 625.031, F.S., to determine which kinds of assets will not be allowed in determining the net worth of premium finance companies.Fla.
