Section 69O-188.028 - Additional Provisions(1) Nothing in this part shall preclude a fund's trustees from levying an assessment to its members under the terms of their policies or shall be used as the basis for a member not to pay such an assessment.(2) Failure of the trustees to make up deficiencies or assess the members in compliance with Rule 69O-188.024, F.A.C., will result in Office action under Section 624.476, F.S.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69O-188.028
