Section 69O-171.001 - Purpose and Scope(1) The purpose of these rules is to prescribe certain forms for use by property and casualty insurers in the reporting of particular data which is specified in or required by parts I and XVII of chapter 627, F.S.(2) Every property and casualty insurer in this state authorized to transact insurance in this state shall be subject to the applicable rules in this rule chapter, except that insurers writing workers' compensation coverage are subject to the reporting provisions of rule chapter 69O-189, F.A.C.Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 69O-171.001
