Section 69K-24.022 - Inspection Criteria for Removal ServicesEach removal service shall be inspected prior to the issuance and annually for renewal of its license and shall meet the following criteria:
(1) Compliance with rule 69K-24.021, F.A.C.(2) Either have on site or immediately available sufficient sealed containers of a type required for the transportation of bodies.(3) Maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition.(4) Have Department of Environmental Protection permits, when required.(5) All signed contracts are to be retained for a period of at least two years.Fla.
