Section 69K-23.002 - Examination Requirements(1) An applicant shall be required to attain a score of 75% on the written examination prepared and administered by the Department with a fractional percentage score of one-half (.5) point or higher, raised to the next whole number.(2) The area of competency to be covered by the examination as provided above shall be: (b) The manner in which death may be determined;(c) With respect to disposition of dead human bodies, the following state and federal laws and rules, or relevant portions thereof will be included: Chapters 382, 406, Section 872.06 and 497, F.S.; Chapters 11G-2, 69K-20, 69K-22, 69K-23 and 64V-1, F.A.C.; 10 U.S.C. 1481-1488.(3) An applicant who fails the examination shall retake the entire examination.Fla.
