Section 69C-2.030 - Use of an Agent by a Custodian(1) The use of an agent by a custodian is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Chief Financial Officer in writing.(2) To request permission to use a custodial agent, the custodian must submit such request in writing to the Chief Financial Officer and include the following:(a) proof that the agent meets the definition of a custodian in section 280.02, F.S.;(b) a complete collateral control agreement, Form DFS-J1-1001, incorporated by reference in Rule 69C-2.004, F.A.C.; and(c) proof of the agency relationship between the custodian and agent.Fla.
