Section 69B-232.140 - Penalties for Violations of the Other Florida Insurance Code Provisions

Unless otherwise specified in this rule chapter or in the code provision violated, the stated penalty for a violation of a provision of the Florida Insurance Code shall be a suspension for six (6) months if the violation was willful or shall be a suspension for three (3) months if the violation was non-willful.
