Section 69B-227.230 - Refund of Student Course Fees(1) If a course is cancelled for any reason, all course fees must be refunded by the course provider in full within 45 days of cancellation.(2) In the event a course is postponed for any reason, students shall be given the choice of attending the course at a later date or having their course fees refunded in full within 45 days.(3) A provider shall have a refund policy addressing a student's cancellation or failure to complete a course.
