Section 68A-12.001 - DefinitionsWhen used in this rule chapter, the terms and phrases listed below have the meaning provided:
(1) Taxidermist - any person who prepares and preserves whole specimens, hides, or parts of wildlife or fish as part of a commercial enterprise.(2) Processor - any person who butchers or produces consumable meat products from the whole carcass or parts of a game animal as part of a commercial enterprise.(3) Final processing - the act of packaging game meat, meat cuts, or products for storage or preparation of the meat for consumption.Fla.
