Section 67-50.105 - Reallocation for Disaster Areas(1) In the event of a State or federally declared disaster, any allocation authority not preliminarily allocated, as well as any authority remaining after preliminary allocation, shall be diverted to one or more State or federally declared disaster areas as approved by the Board. HOME funds shall be utilized in any form acceptable to HUD and approved by the Board. Further, in the case of HOME funds being allocated for a State or federally declared disaster, the Corporation will publish a Notice of Funds Availability which will include information on the amount and targeting of funds, the instructions and time frame for making application, and fees.(2) For the purposes of this rule, those eligible to apply must submit a completed Application Package: HOME Again - FHFC Disaster Relief HOME Assistance Program - DRHAP-813 (Eff. 12/9/04), which is adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and which can be obtained from the Corporation, at 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, Florida 32301-1329 and is available on the Corporation's website.Fla.
