Section 65C-15.011 - Changes in Agency Function or Purpose(1) The child-placing agency shall provide written notification within 30 calendar days after implementation to the Department of changes in the agency's director, statement of purpose, services to be provided, clientele to be served, intake procedures or admission criteria.(2) If the changes in the child-placing agency's policies and procedures represent a departure from the original policies submitted in writing to the Department for the agency's operation, the agency shall submit to the Department its new operating policies and procedures 10 business days prior to implementation.Fla.
